Reasonable values for $\epsilon $:

We have taken no time to explain $\varepsilon$ in this exposition so far. It is the case that the $N^2$ dependence on the excluded volume term is probably a little reduced from this according to theoretical estimates. The corrections are small, and currently, I do not actually permit this to be used to adjust the $B_2$ term, but in the near future I will. At any rate, even if you desire to use it, you should assume that a good value is close to zero and should be greater than zero. I have left it open to chose otherwise. The range that seems permissible is $-0.1<\varepsilon <0.3$.
